Embracing Ambiguity gives us and our team members the permission to lean into the unknown.  While this is uncomfortable for some (or most!) of us, it is a vital component for discovery and is a key path leading to amazing ideas.  When striving for diverse voices to be heard and appreciated, being able to embrace ambiguity gives the space for you and your team mates to hold multiple perspectives at the same time, even when they differ.
